By accessing or using Sentinely ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sentinely.
Sentinely provides server monitoring services including real-time metrics collection, alerting, reporting, and analytics. The Service requires installation of our lightweight monitoring agent on your servers. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

Our Service is offered through subscription plans with varying features and limits. Current pricing is available on our website. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of your trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via credit card, UPI, net banking, or other payment methods supported by Razorpay. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Failed payments may result in service suspension. Razorpay will attempt to retry failed payments for up to 24 hours before halting your subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except as required by law.
All payment transactions are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited ("Razorpay"), a payment aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service and privacy policy. Your payment information is securely handled by Razorpay and is subject to PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance standards.
For recurring subscriptions, you will receive a pre-debit notification before each charge as required by RBI guidelines. You may manage your subscription or cancel before the next billing cycle through your account settings.
We target 99.9% uptime for our monitoring infrastructure. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
You retain all ownership rights to your data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service. Upon account deletion, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Service, including its software, design, logos, and content, is owned by Sentinely and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your monitoring data or server information.

Monitoring data and alerts are provided for informational purposes. You should not rely solely on our Service for critical infrastructure decisions without independent verification.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENTINELY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk. We may also terminate accounts that remain inactive for extended periods.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will provide reasonable opportunity to export your data unless termination is due to Terms violation.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against Sentinely.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sentinely regarding the Service. These Terms supersede any prior agreements or communications.
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to a successor in interest without restriction.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
